ONLINE ORDERS - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Echeck and PayPal. Our 128 bit secure socket layer ensures your information's privacy and safety.
SHIPPING - We use U.S.P.S. Priority mail for all U.S. orders. Please include both your street and postal address if you use a P.O. box. We don't inflate our customer's orders with huge shipping charges, our priority shipping and handling rates are a flat $7.50 fee!
SALES TAX - We must charge MA state residents sales tax, there is no sales tax if we ship to any other state.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- We do ship worldwide, whatever remaining costs involved after the original $7.50 charge will be invoiced to the customer prior to shipment.
DISCRETION - We ship to avoid prying eyes. Our discreet packaging will include only a simple vendor label and a shipping address.
DELIVERY - Our products deliver between one to three weeks. Worldwide orders deliver in three to four weeks. Backordered items ship once they come in and are usually sent as a seperate package. Once your order ships, you will be sent tracking info so you can view the progress of your order in transit. We cannot provide tracking information to APO or International orders.
BACKORDERS - If you order an item that is out of stock, it will be shipped seperately from the in stock items on your order. If you order an item that is backordered, you will be notified via email. We ship backorders as soon as they come in, but normally all of our items are in stock.
REFUND POLICY - 100% refund does not include shipping fees, you must pay to ship it back. All items must be returned within 15 days. Open items may be subject to a restocking fee.
